SNIPPY
By accessing or using SNIPPY ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the App. These Terms apply to all users, including free and paid tier users.
You must be at least 13 years old to use SNIPPY. By using the App, you represent that you meet this requirement. If you are between 13 and 18 years old, you represent that you have your parent or guardian's permission to use the App.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
Free tier — includes unlimited bills and access to all core bill tracking features at no cost. No credit card required.
Pro tier — unlocks AI Analysis, a daily AI-powered bill insight feature, for $2.99 per month. Pro access is granted upon successful payment processed through Stripe or supported app store platforms.
We reserve the right to modify tier features and pricing with reasonable notice. Current pricing is displayed in the App at the time of purchase.
Pro tier subscriptions are processed securely through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize a recurring monthly charge of $2.99 to your payment method.
SNIPPY's AI Analysis feature provides bill-related suggestions generated by an artificial intelligence model. This feature is intended for informational purposes only, it is not professional financial advice.
You own your data. SNIPPY does not claim ownership of any bill information, notes, or personal data you enter into the App. You grant us a limited license to store and process your data solely for the purpose of providing the service.
You may export your data at any time using the Export to CSV feature. You may request full deletion of your account and data by contacting support@snippyapp.net.

SNIPPY is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that:
SNIPPY is a bill tracking tool, not a licensed financial advisor. Do not make significant financial decisions based solely on information or suggestions in the App.
To the maximum extent permitted by California law, SNIPPY and its developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to loss of data, financial loss, or missed payments.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from use of the App shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $50, whichever is greater.
The SNIPPY name, logo, design, and code are the intellectual property of the developer. You may not use our name, logo, or branding without written permission.
SNIPPY integrates with third-party services including Firebase, Google, Stripe, Netlify, and Anthropic. Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the practices of these third parties.
You may stop using SNIPPY at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access for violation of these Terms, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately. Active paid subscriptions will not be automatically refunded upon termination for cause.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Riverside County, California.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by updating the "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
